When you ask to be matched with a dealer, we collect the information you provide — such as your ZIP code, budget range, intended use, name, email, and phone number — together with the date, time, the page you submitted from, and the consent language you agreed to.
We use your information to match you with one local swim-spa dealer (or, where no local dealer covers your area, a factory-direct path) so they can prepare a quote. We share your inquiry only with that matched dealer. We do not sell your information to a list of companies.
By submitting the match form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by the matched dealer about your swim-spa inquiry by phone, text, or email, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or asking to be removed.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We retain consent records as required for compliance.
